Job summary

PinnacleU in Delhi seeks a versatile early-stage operator for the Founders Office. You will help turn ideas into scalable processes, work closely with the founding team, and own initiatives beyond fixed KRAs, gaining hands-on experience and impact across the business.

• Partnerships & Market Expansion: Build relationships with brokers through visits, onboarding, and partnership development.
• Market Research & Special Projects: Gather on-ground insights, understand customer behaviour, identify opportunities, and take ownership of projects that drive business growth.

The Role:

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building things from scratch, solving real-world problems, and taking ownership beyond set KRAs. You’ll work closely with the founding team, get hands-on experience and help turn early-stage ideas into scalable business processes.
