The Founder’s Office Associate will work closely with the founders to drive strategic, operational, and cross‑functional priorities for TheHireHub.AI. The role is designed for a skilled early‑career professional who can move comfortably between research, planning, execution, communication, and problem‑solving. You will help the founders organize priorities, prepare business insights, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure important initiatives move forward with speed and clarity. Success in this role means creating leverage for the founders, improving execution quality, and converting loosely defined opportunities into completed outcomes. The ideal candidate communicates confidently, manages multiple workstreams without losing detail, and takes ownership from start to finish. This is a high‑exposure role suited to someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly, handles ambiguity, and wants to understand how an AI recruitment software company is built and scaled.
You bring 1-4 years of experience in a Founder’s Office or a comparable role involving business operations, strategy, project execution, or cross‑functional coordination. You communicate clearly in writing and conversation, organize information well, and can adapt your message for founders, customers, and internal teams. You are comfortable handling several priorities at once while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and follow‑through. You do not wait for perfect instructions; you clarify the objective, structure the problem, propose a path forward, and keep stakeholders informed. You can move between detailed execution and broader business context, understanding how individual tasks connect to company outcomes. You are skilled with common workplace tools for documents, presentations, spreadsheets, research, communication, and task tracking. You bring sound judgment, curiosity, discretion, and a bias toward action. Most importantly, you take ownership of outcomes rather than limiting yourself to assigned activities, and you are motivated by the opportunity to work closely with founders while helping build an ambitious AI recruitment software company.
