Job summary

Hakimo seeks a Founder's Office Analyst to support strategic market research, business operations, and go-to-market initiatives across the company. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution, with ownership from day one.

You will move between deep-dive research, quantitative analysis, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on operational work, partnering with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Leadership to drive actionable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 2–3 years in business ops, strategy, or data-driven cross-functional roles.
• Strong learning ability across unfamiliar domains with minimal ramp-up.
• Strong quantitative comfort with large datasets.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic research on industry trends, new verticals, market segments, and regulatory drivers.
• Analyze sales, pipeline, and operational data to surface trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support and drive cross-functional projects across Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Leadership.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Google Sheets, CRM platforms, and AI/automation tools.
• Prepare clear briefs and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Take ownership of high-priority, ad hoc projects from the Founder's Office.
• Evaluate and implement AI/automation tools to improve research and efficiency.

About the Role:

Hakimo is seeking a Founder's Office Analyst to support strategic market research, business operations, and go-to-market initiatives that span the company. This person will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to turn ambiguous, high-priority questions into clear analysis, actionable recommendations, and executed outcomes.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution. You will move fluidly between deep-dive research, quantitative analysis, cross-functional coordination, and hands‑on operational work — often on multiple threads at once, with significant ownership from day one.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

• Conduct strategic research on industry trends, new verticals, market segments, and regulatory drivers to inform go-to-market prioritization.
• Analyze sales, pipeline, and operational data to identify trends, surface root causes, and translate findings into clear recommendations for leadership and investors.
• Support and drive cross‑functional projects across Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Leadership, ensuring alignment and execution.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Google Sheets, CRM platforms, and AI/automation tools to track key business metrics.
• Prepare clear, concise briefs, memos, and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Take ownership of high-priority, ad hoc projects from the Founder's Office, often with minimal guidance or existing processes.
• Continuously evaluate and implement AI and automation tools to improve research, analysis, and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field
• 2–3 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, revenue/sales operations, or another data-driven, cross-functional role
• Strong aptitude, and quick to learn — comfortable operating across unfamiliar domains with minimal ramp-up
• Strong quantitative comfort, including the ability to work accurately and confidently with numbers and large or messy datasets
• High proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel; comfort with SQL, Python, or CRM platforms (e.g., "Pipedrive") is a strong plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions, building trust and alignment with cross-functional stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g., "Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini") to speed up research, analysis, and workflow automation
• High ownership mentality, intellectual curiosity, and comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity
• Prior exposure to GTM, sales, or business analytics work is a strong plus
