Why This Role is Critical

SwishX is a AI Native SaaS Platform that is transforming how enterprises from one specific industry understand, engage, and grow their business. We are in the 0.1→0.5 enterprise journey - building and selling an AI-native platform into large, complex organizations (100Cr+ minimum annual turnover).

Within the Platform, we are adding the next layer of growth infrastructure. This is a high-priority new build inside the company, and the person joining this role will work closely with the founding team to help shape it from the ground up.

If you like working on ambiguous, high-upside problems and turning messy information into structured systems, this role is for you.

About The Role

We are hiring one Founder’s Office intern to help build our Market Intelligence & Systems Center.

This is not a conventional internship.

It is a builder role for someone who is part business generalist, part structured operator, and part problem-solver.

You will work on identifying the right external data partners, evaluating their usefulness, bringing them into internal systems, improving their quality, and helping create repeatable workflows that scale.

In simple terms: you will help build the intelligence engine behind something new.

What you'll actually do

• Find and shortlist external data partners (industry databases, market feeds, third-party sources)
• Evaluate them on quality, coverage, cost, and how well they plug into our systems
• Negotiate access, trial partnerships, and onboarding
• Clean and structure incoming data so it's usable downstream - sometimes with Python scripts, sometimes manually
• Write quick scripts to scrape, parse, validate, or transform data when needed
• Build SOPs and workflows so this doesn't stay a one-person effort
• Flag gaps — what data we’re missing, what’s unreliable, what needs upgrading

Who this is for

• You're comfortable cold-emailing strangers and figuring things out without a playbook
• You can look at messy, scattered information and turn it into something organized
• You're quantitative enough to evaluate whether a data source is actually useful
• You know Python well enough to write scripts for scraping, cleaning, or automating repetitive data tasks - you don't need to be an engineer, but you shouldn't be afraid of a terminal
• You already use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, whatever) to move faster — we'll give you full access to our AI stack, but the tool is only as good as the person using it. We want someone who already thinks with AI, not someone who needs to be taught to prompt
• You don't need hand-holding - you take a problem, break it down, and move

Previous experience in partnerships, growth, founder's office, or generalist startup roles is a plus. But honestly, sharpness and ownership matter more than your resume.
