This is a critical leadership role within the Founder’s Office for someone who thrives at the intersection of organisational excellence, execution, and cross-functional leadership.

The Mandate

You will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to drive organisational effectiveness, execution discipline, and business outcomes across the company

• Partner with the Founder on strategic priorities, planning, and execution
• Drive alignment and execution across multiple functions and stakeholders
• Establish strong operating rhythms, governance, and accountability mechanism
• Lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives and special projects
• Track key business metrics, OKRs, and organisational priorities to ensure delivery
• Identify bottlenecks, resolve dependencies, and drive outcomes with speed and clarity
• Act as a force multiplier for the Founder and leadership team, enabling better decision-making and execution
• Currently in a building and scale-up phases
• 6-day work week (alternate Saturdays working) during this growth phase
