Job summary

Acuity Analytics seeks an experienced ForwardDeployed Engineer to bridge engineering, product, and customer success. You will design, integrate, and deploy AI-powered solutions in real-world production environments, serving as a technical owner from design to delivery.

Responsibilities include building scalable frontend and backend, integrating AI systems, and guiding customers through implementation to scale. Strong communication and cloud/container experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js for building modern frontend applications.
• Strong backend development experience using Python and Node.js.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including model lifecycle, inference, and deployment.
• Experience working with AI-powered systems (LLMs, ML APIs, data-driven apps).
• Proven experience in system integration via REST APIs, webhooks, and external services.
• Experience deploying and supporting applications in production environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguous, customer-facing scenarios.

• Lead end-to-end integration and implementation of AI-driven products into customer systems and workflows.

Job purpose

We are looking for an experienced ForwardDeployed Engineer (FDE) who thrives at the intersection of engineering,product, and customer success. In this role, you will work closely withcustomers and internal teams to design, integrate, and deploy AI-poweredsolutions in real-world production environments. You will act as a technicalowner from solution design through implementation, ensuring high-impactoutcomes and customer satisfaction.

• Work directly with customers to understand businessrequirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, build, and deploy customer-facingapplications using React (frontend) and Python (backend)
