Job summary

Acuity Analytics in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Full Stack Developer-Python to craft AI-enabled solutions using React.js on the frontend and Python/Node.js on the backend. You will lead end-to-end delivery, architect scalable systems, and integrate GenAI features into real customer workflows.

You will collaborate with Product, Data Science and Platform Engineering to deploy production-grade applications with strong security, observability, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of professional software engineering experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js for building modern, scalable front-end applications.
• Strong backend development experience with Python and Node.js (API-first design).
• Experience with system integration: REST APIs, webhooks, external services, authentication, and enterprise integrations.

Weare looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer-Python with python,react, npm and node.js who thrives at the intersection of engineering andproduct. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to design,integrate, and deploy AI-enabled solutions in real-world productionenvironments. You will act as a technical owner from solution design throughimplementation and ensuring high-impact outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• 8-15 years ofprofessional software engineering experience with end-to-end product delivery
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js for buildingmodern, scalable front-end applications
• Strong backend development experience with Python and Node.js(API-first design)
• Strong experience with system integration: REST APIs,webhooks, external services, authentication, and enterprise integrations
• Proven experience in production deployment & support,including debugging, performance tuning, and reliability engineering
• Strong knowledge of Git, branching strategies, and CI/CDpipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (unit/integration/e2e) andsecure engineering practices (auth, encryption, compliance basics)
• Design, build, and deploy full-stack applications using React(frontend) and Python/Node.js (backend)
• Build and integrate GenAI-powered features (e.g., chatcopilots, summarization, extraction, search, automation) into real customerworkflows
• Implement Agentic AI systems that can reliably use tools,call APIs, follow workflows, and operate with strong safety/guardrails
• Design systems with a focus on scalability, maintainability,security, and forward compatibility
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science and PlatformEngineering.
• Own solution delivery end-to-end: architecture, implementation,testing, deployment and monitoring
• Create reusable components, internal tooling, and maintainhigh-quality technical documentation

Platform& Infrastructure Requirements

• Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS / Azure /GCP
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration:Docker, Kubernetes (or ECS, Cloud Run, etc.)
• Understanding of production-grade monitoring/logging(CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
• Experience with databases and data pipelines: SQL/NoSQL,streaming/ETL, analytics tooling
• Experience optimizing AI systems for latency, throughput, andcost efficiency in production
• Exposure to AI system observability: tracing prompts,token usage, model outputs, evaluation metrics, feedback loops
• Prior customer-facing experience in consulting/solutions engineeringor enterprise implementations
• Startup or fast-paced product environment experience
• Experience designing secure architectures aligned to data privacy,compliance, and governance standards
