Qualifikationen

• Experience in Foreign/Agent payment and A2 payment processes.
• Accounting experience of foreign invoices booking.
• Knowledge of TRC/PE/10F/TDS/section 192 and Form 15CB/15CA.
• Liaising with CA and banks for reconciliations and documentation.
• Understanding of foreign exchange gains/losses and forward contract dealing.
• Proficient in Excel and MIS reporting.
• 2+ years of experience, preferably in Freight Forwarding industry.

Aufgaben

• Handle foreign/agent payments and booking of foreign invoices.
• Coordinate with chartered accountants and banks for accuracy and compliance.
• Apply knowledge of TDS, Form 15CA/15CB, and other regulatory requirements.
• Monitor forex gains/losses and manage forward contracts as required.
• Prepare MIS reports and ensure timely, accurate financial records.
