Job description

• Coordinating with Auditors in regard to 15CA / 15CB and respective documentations for foreign remittances.
• Handling of petty cash.
• Flight/Personal imprest accounting and necessary filling.
• Weekly physical verification of Cash in presence to Mgr. Fin.
• Daily Circulation of Bank status with BRS.
• Preparation of weekly fund projection.
• Weekly Fund allocation and utilization detail.
• Payable Accounting of Admin Expense (with Approval from Mgr Fin) and COS (With approval from Finance Supervisor).
• Weekly Circulation of liability/Creditors statement to Mgr. Fin in CC to Supervisor & DOF.
• Monitoring the overhead movement on monthly basis.
• FN reconciliation of domestic creditors and necessary reporting to Mgr. Finance.

Qualifications
