Job summary

Galaxy Freight is seeking an Accounts Executive with 1–2 years of experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding Accounts. The candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally Prime and basic accounting transactions, along with experience in billing and accounting entries.

The role focuses on accurate invoicing, purchase entries, CSR entries, stock records, and coordination with Operations to ensure timely billing.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1–2 years in Logistics/Freight Forwarding Accounts.
• Hands-on Tally Prime for purchase, sales/invoice entries, and basic accounting.
• Proficient in billing and maintaining accounting records.
• Strong coordination and communication; meticulous and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer invoices and ensure timely billing.
• Make purchase entries and maintain accounting records.
• Prepare and maintain CSR entries.
• Maintain office stock and inventory records.
• Handle vendor and customer payment entries.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
• Coordinate with Operations for billing and accounting needs.
• Ensure day-to-day accounting activities are accurate and timely.
