Job Title: Food Production Executive

Purpose:

• This position will assist food production manager in achieving the production target allotted for the respective production unit. Providing suggestions and ideas in improving production efficiency.

Accountabilities:

• Records and Documentation
• Managing the workforce to achieve the daily production targets
• Manpower planning
• Production planning
• Accountability of RM PM Consumptions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Experience in directing and supervising production personnel
• Possess technical knowledge and be adept at all phases of the manufacturing processes
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Ability to lead and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong Customer Service mindset
• Ability to understand cost containment and budgetary principles.
• Scheduling Manpower as the Production Orders.
• Experience in Process Safety Management and Mechanical Integrity
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of human relations skills, principles and team building processes.
• Able to work a flexible Shift / schedule.
• MIS reports on day to day / Weekly/Monthly
• Day to Day Operational requirements to be monitored.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Essentially required: UG/PG with 4-6 years of Relevant experience from FMCG manufacturing industry.
