Accor is seeking a seasoned F&B operations leader to oversee restaurant, banquet and in-room dining functions across properties. You will drive guest satisfaction, elevate service standards, and implement innovative promotions while ensuring operational efficiency.

Pre-opening experience is a strong plus, with a track record of leadership and cross-functional collaboration across networks. This role is based in our hospitality group in India.

Qualificações

• Strong process orientation.
• Excellent in Public Relations & Communication Skills.
• Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial, thinks out of the box.
• Able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies across the network.
• Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope.
• 8–10 years experience, with at least 2–3 years in a similar role.
• Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
• Pre-opening experience is a distinct advantage.

• Take ownership of Guest complaints/problems.
• Ensure all Banquet functions are up to standard and exceed guest expectations.
• Act as an Accor Ambassador aiming to enhance the company image and market reputation.
