Job summary

Accor is seeking a senior hospitality operations leader to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence across the network. You will provide strong functional expertise and entrepreneurial leadership to meet business needs while delivering high levels of service.

The role requires 8–10 years in hospitality operations, with 2–3 years in a similar role, plus a track record of leading teams and driving change.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years hospitality operations experience, with at least 2–3 years in a similar role.
• Strong leadership abilities and organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to think out of the box.
• Ability to drive change and pursue operational efficiency across the network.
• Go-getter who takes ownership of projects and expands scope.
• Strong operational/technical knowledge.
• Pre-opening experience is a plus.

Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Deliver strong functional expertise, creativity, and entrepreneurial leadership to meet the business needs of the operations.
• Strive to achieve optimum operating results while providing guests with the highest level of service and satisfaction.
• Demonstrate and communicates key drivers of guest satisfaction for brand’s Target Customers.
• Ensure guest oriented & innovative operations approaches to ensure high standard of services for guests.
• Drive Voice of Guest Score and Guest satisfaction as a key deliverable with an emphasis on generating innovative ways to continually improve results.
• Act as an Accor Ambassador aiming to enhance the company image and market reputation.
