Job summary

Accor is seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee the Finance department and drive financial control in its Odisha-based operations. The role focuses on budgeting, KPI tracking and ensuring regulatory liaison with auditors and authorities.

The candidate will manage all financial and accounting functions, implement materials policies per local laws, and lead policy development for admissions, credit/collections and internal controls.

Job Description

• Confident in exercising a good judgment in decision making skills.
• Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.
• 8 to 10 years’ of work experience of which at least 3 years in the similar role.
• Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
• Preference shall be given to Chartered Accountant.
• Pre-Opening experience would be an added advantage.
