Job summary

Accor is seeking an experienced operations leader for Housekeeping & Rooms Division with 8–10 years in hospitality. You will drive functional excellence, lead teams, and partner with Engineering to ensure guestroom readiness and service standards.

This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, process optimization, and representing Accor's values as an ambassador, including pre-opening experiences and expanding scope across the network.

Qualifications

• Strong process orientation.
• Strong leadership abilities and organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial, thinks out of the box.
• Able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the network.
• Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience of which at least 2 to 3 years in similar role.
• Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
• Successful Pre-opening experience & records a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and communicates key drivers of guest satisfaction for brand’s Target Customers.
• Emphasize Guest Satisfaction and focus on continuous improvement.
• Ensure smooth functioning of the department.
• Act as an Accor Ambassador aiming to enhance the company image and market reputation.
