Job summary

Rangmanch Farms in Gurugram district near Delhi is seeking an experienced F&B Banquet Manager to run food and beverage operations for weddings, corporate events, day outings and conferences. You will plan functions from service layout to staffing, lead captains and stewards, coordinate with the kitchen to keep counters full, and handle client interactions on the floor.

The role requires 5–8 years in F&B with banquet operations, the ability to manage agency staff, strong Hindi and working

• 5–8 years in F&B service with banquet operations experience.
• Independently ran functions for 400–600+ guests.
• Able to manage agency and casual staff on busy nights.
• Hindi fluency; working English for client interaction.
• Willing to work 6 days a week including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run F&B service for all functions from setup to teardown.
• Plan each function: service plan, buffet layout, staff roster.
• Lead captains and stewards, briefings and on-floor supervision.
• Coordinate with kitchen on menus, replenishment and timing.
• Handle clients and guests on the floor and resolve issues on the spot.
• Train the team on SOPs and hygiene; assist hiring as we grow.

Job description

Rangmanch Farms is a 20+ acre resort and events venue about 30 minutes from Delhi via the Dwarka Expressway. We host weddings, corporate events, day outings and conferences round the year, with in-house catering and a new banquet hall opening. We are hiring an F&B Banquet Manager to run food and beverage operations for all our functions and events.

What you will do

• Run F&B service for every function weddings, corporate events, outings, conferences from the function sheet to the final teardown
• Plan each function/event: service plan, buffet counter layout and flow, table setups, staff roster (our team plus agency staff for big events)
• Lead the captains and stewards — pre-function briefings, grooming, discipline and on-floor supervision
• Coordinate with the kitchen on menus, buffet replenishment and timing, so counters never run empty
• Handle clients and guests on the floor during functions and solve problems on the spot
• Manage banquet stores — crockery, cutlery, glassware, linen, buffet equipment: counts, indents and breakage control
• Train the team on our service SOPs and hygiene standards; help hire captains and stewards as we grow

Who should apply

• 5–8 years in F&B service, with at least 2 years running banquet operations at a hotel, banquet hall, resort or large caterer
• You have independently run functions of 400–600+ guests - setup to closedown
• You can manage agency and casual staff firmly and fairly on a busy night
• Good Hindi; working English for client interaction
• 6 days a week. Weekends and event days are working days; weekly off on a weekday.
