Job summary

Hyatt House Bangalore Devanahalli is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead the department in alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. You will ensure that all outlets run efficiently and remain profitable, while meeting guest and owner expectations.

The role requires a university degree in Hospitality or Tourism management and at least 2 years of experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager in a larger operation.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Food and Beverage Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager in larger operation.
• Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills; banqueting experience an asset.
