Job summary

Hyatt House Bangalore Devanahalli is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee the finance and accounting functions, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards.

You will lead planning, directing, and controlling accounting, information systems, and administrative operations, while meeting the expectations of employees, guests and owners.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree in Finance management. CA certification would be an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of Finance or Finance Manager.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• The Financial Controller is responsible to manage the division, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Accounting & Finance and Information Systems policies and procedures, operation and administration.
• The role must run the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
