Job summary

Hyatt House Bangalore Devanahalli seeks a proactive Housekeeping Manager to lead the department in line with Hyatt International's standards, ensuring guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces are spotless and well maintained.

You will manage housekeeping operations, coordinate laundry and linen services, and uphold safety and service quality while meeting guest and owner expectations.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Housekeeping Manager, or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible to manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas, as well as the laundry and dry-cleaning operation (hotel linen, uniforms and guest laundry).
