The Fresh Factory in Lucknow is seeking an F&B Executive to bring structure, energy, accountability, and operational excellence to the floor every day.

You will manage day-to-day café operations, ensure guest hospitality standards, and coordinate between kitchen, service, and retail teams, with a focus on hygiene and SOPs.

• Ensuring exceptional guest experience and hospitality standards

• Staff supervision, training, and discipline
• Inventory coordination and basic stock management
• Hygiene, SOP implementation, and operational consistency
• Has prior experience in premium cafés, restaurants, or hospitality operations
• Understands both customer experience and backend execution
• Is organized, fast, detail-oriented, and accountable
