Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure support and operations with enterprise exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
• Experience with SCCM/MECM, patch management and OS deployment.
• Familiarity with Intune, PowerShell, backup/disaster recovery and ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Windows Server infrastructure, AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Administer SCCM/MECM for software deployment, patching, OS deployment, and compliance.
• Monitor server and endpoint health; provide L3 support.
• Perform backup, restore, upgrades, and disaster recovery activities.
• Support Intune and modern endpoint management initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, ITIL processes, and security policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and project delivery.
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, asset inventories, and operational procedures.
• Support remote connectivity and collaboration platforms.
• Drive continuous service improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.
