Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

- Experience with MDM Platform Intune/Co-management.
- Knowledge of Windows operating system, patching, enterprise class desktop hardware and software such as Windows 10, Mobile Device OS, and antivirus. Remote management and troubleshooting.
- Advanced knowledge and technical ability of WSUS within SCCM/MECM. Patching concepts, best practices and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple requests with frequently conflicting priorities.
- Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources.
- Understanding of multi‑tiered SLA management, Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent exposure to Azure and Intune with SCCM co‑management, AutoPilot, Azure AD, Intel EMA, and cloud‑based endpoint management workloads.
- Experience with global deployment and administration of Microsoft Endpoint Management.
- Proficiency with SCCM Intune, Intel EMA, and Analytics Desktop Analytics, App Health, PC‑based deployment solutions such as Autopilot.
- In‑place upgrades using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, upgrades and servicing for Mobile Device Management with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Security including Conditional Access, Windows Defender ATP, Microsoft BitLocker.
- Work with consultants to design and execute technical implementation of SCCM and Intune solutions based on client requirements and design specifications.
- Recommend solutions that align with customer business needs and discuss benefits and risks.
- Windows client deployment imaging experience with Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10, the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit and the Microsoft Assessment and Planning Tool.
- Identify system problems and recommend solutions to improve processing efficiency and stability.
- Design, implement and troubleshoot SCCM environment; provide recommendations around SCCM vs Intune or hybrid implementations.
- Broad‑based endpoint and client technology knowledge, with a curiosity that leads to continuous learning.
- Windows 10 servicing knowledge.
- Office 365 deployment and updates management.
- Operating system in‑place upgrades and base metal installation.
- PXE boot implementation and regular image updates.
- Experience with high‑performance targets.
- Designing, planning, implementing and managing System Center Configuration Manager.
- Knowledge of the Windows registry, interaction of drivers within the OS, and unattended/silent installs of Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of tools such as Windows Automated Installation Kit (WAIK), Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP), Microsoft Application Compatibility Toolkit (ACT).
- Understanding of vulnerability reports and mitigation by applying relevant patches as part of patch management procedure.
- Knowledge of server/network security.
- Knowledge of Azure update management point for vulnerability/patch management.
- Strong scripting knowledge (PowerShell, VBScript, Batch).
- Excellent SQL, WQL Query, reporting and dashboard skills.
- Experience with SCCM disaster recovery.
- Knowledge of AD, DNS and DHCP.
