Job summary

Shivatrade Impex Pvt. Ltd. in Vadodara, Gujarat, seeks a Purchase Executive with 3–7 years of FMCG procurement experience to manage end-to-end purchasing, vendor coordination, PO processing, and inventory planning.

You will negotiate with suppliers, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of vendor management, negotiation, and purchase documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple purchasing activities.
