- Machine setting and operation.
- Film loading and adjustment.
- Temperature and sealing adjustment.
- Cutting and packing quality.
- SKU changeover.
- Basic troubleshooting.
- Machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Operate the Flow Wrap / HFFS packing machine and ensure proper settings for each product.
- Load film, set temperatures and sealing parameters to achieve quality seals.
- Monitor the packaging process and ensure SKU changes are executed smoothly.
- Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance of the machine.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
