Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Service Engineer prefrebly experince in servicing labelling machines or Packaging machines/liquid filling lines. The role involves installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automatic labelling machines at client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission Worldpack labelling machines at customer site.


• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and pneumatic issues in the machines.


• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.


• Conduct preventive maintenance as per AMC schedules.


• Train operators and customer maintenance teams on machine handling and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and basic electrical/PLC knowledge.


• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and circuit diagrams.


• Hands‑on experience in using hand tools, gauges, and testing instruments.


• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.


• Willingness to travel frequently for service support (domestic and occasional international).


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.

Preferred Experience (not mandatory)

• Experience with packaging or labelling machines.


• Exposure to automation systems and sensors (preferred but not mandatory).


• Freshers with a strong mechanical base and willingness to learn can also apply.
