We are inviting applications for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead this landmark retail destination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 30+ sales professionals in a high-volume luxury retail setting.
• Oversee all store operations, sales performance, inventory control, and customer experience.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for stock management, billing, and showroom maintenance.
• Uphold brand standards in visual merchandising and ensure adherence to all SOPs.
• Drive sales, customer engagement, and team motivation through service excellence.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets and store profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role within a large-format luxury or jewellery store.
• Proven track record of team leadership and experience managing large inventory volumes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Noida immediately for pre-launch training.
