Responsibilities

• Drive sales initiatives and lead sales team to achieve sales targets and profitability.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations for smooth business running.
• Budget events and seasonal launches for various collections.
• Monitor retail KPIs, retail metrics, and P&L accountability for the store.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and provide full support to customers.
• Manage store expenses within budget and prepare sales plans.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and safety measures for staff and customers.
• Handle customer interactions and ensure excellent service.
• Display stock as per space and store plan and optimize floor layout.
• Convert customers into buyers and promote merchandise per plan.
• Prepare reports and collate information for management.
• Provide the best customer service, inform about new arrivals, and track fast-moving stock.
• Participate in company meetings and contribute to team discussions.

Positions -: Retail Store Manager/Floor Manager & Store sales Officer.

Locations -: Delhi / Ghaziabad / Meerut - Multiple locations

Scope of Work

• Driving sales initiatives, managing sales team to achieve sales & collection targets and store profitability.
• Managing store operation on day to day basis for smooth run of the business.
• Budgeting for different events and seasonal launches of various collections.
• Retail KPI's, Retail Matrix, Retail Store P&L accountability
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and providing them with complete support.
• Handling the store operating expenses and working with budgets.
• Preparation of Sales Plan for the season, and planning for target achievement.
• Security & Hygiene, Maintaining the necessary safety measures in ensuring the safety of the store and customers.
• Responsible for customer handling and Customer Interactions.
• Displayed the stock as per the space & store plan.
• Converting the Customer to buy the Product.
• Display the merchandise as per the store plan.
• Responsible for making reports and helping in collation of information.
• Providing the Best Customer Service, updating them with the new arrivals & Products, tracking the fast moving stock on the floor.
• Actively participating in meetings organized by Company.
