Job summary

Million Minds Management Services seeks a proactive professional to manage daily warehouse floor operations using Uniware WMS, coordinating manpower, inventory accuracy and on-time dispatch on the Mumbai floor.

The role requires a Graduate with logistics exposure, hands-on Uniware experience, strong coordination and Excel skills, and the ability to maintain SOPs and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; logistics or supply chain qualifications will be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in e-commerce warehouse or logistics operations preferred.
• Knowledge of Uniware / Unicommerce WMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse floor operations using Uniware WMS.
• Monitor order processing activities including allocation, picking, packing, invoicing and dispatch.
• Ensure timely processing of customer orders per targets and cut-off times.
• Coordinate with floor associates, team leaders, inventory teams, and dispatch personnel for smooth operations.
• Monitor order status, pending orders, cancellations, returns, and exceptions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
• Track daily productivity, order volumes, pending shipments, and dispatch performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions to minimize delays and errors.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, safety guidelines and warehouse discipline.
• Prepare daily MIS reports and provide operational updates to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to resolve system and shipment issues.
• Support process improvements to enhance productivity, accuracy, and overall efficiency.

• Hands-on working knowledge of Uniware / Unicommerce WMS is preferred.
• Understanding of order management, inventory control, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns processing.
• Good coordination, communication, problem-solving, and team-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operational activities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and daily MIS reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate should have practical, floor-level experience in managing e-commerce warehouse operations through Uniware, with the ability to coordinate manpower, monitor order flow, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely dispatch while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
