Job summary

Capgemini India seeks a senior Fleet Quality Assurance Lead to drive end-to-end quality across automotive supply chain operations in Chennai. You will ensure quality, cost, service and compliance targets are met and govern standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8–12+ years in automotive logistics, fleet operations, or quality management with strong governance experience.
• Proven experience leading teams and delivering operational and quality KPIs.
• Proficiency with Excel, fleet tracking/telematics systems, ERP platforms, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
