Job summary

Capgemini Engineering, a world leader in engineering services, seeks a senior delivery leader to own end-to-end governance of large-scale programs and drive portfolio profitability. The role entails managing 500+ resources, guiding Agile, DevOps, and automation initiatives, and engaging CXO-level stakeholders across global accounts.

We are looking for 14–16 years of experience in delivery leadership, with proven capability in large-scale ADM, Run/Build, governance, and business development.

• Proven track record in large-scale ADM and Run/Build delivery oversight.
• Experience driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery governance for large portfolios and programs, ensuring quality delivery and SLA compliance.
• Drive business financial performance, including PL ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and margin optimization.
• Lead strategic client engagement with CXO-level stakeholders and drive account growth.

Your Role

• Own End-to-End Delivery Governance : Manage large portfolios/programs, ensuring quality delivery, SLA compliance, risk control, and governance excellence.
• Drive Business Financial Performance : Own PL, revenue growth, margin optimization, forecasting, and overall portfolio profitability.
• Lead Strategic Client Engagement : Build and manage CXO-level stakeholder relationships, drive account growth, and act as a trusted advisor.
• Provide Technical Transformation Leadership : Guide architecture, engineering excellence, Agile, DevOps, Automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead Large-Scale Global Teams : Manage 500+ resources, mentor delivery leaders, develop talent, and foster a high-performance culture.

Your Profile

• Required Experience: 14-16 Years Only.
• Delivery Portfolio Management: Large-scale ADM, Run Build delivery management, governance, and program oversight.
• Financial Management: PL ownership, budgeting, forecasting, margin improvement, and revenue growth.
• Client Stakeholder Management: CXO engagement, executive communication, customer relationship management, and business development.
