Job summary

Capgemini in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Agile Coach/ Scrum Master to enable teams across automotive embedded software programs. You will serve as a servant leader, guiding Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe adoption, while collaborating with product owners and distributed engineering teams.

The role emphasizes removing impediments, driving delivery performance, and fostering a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of professional experience in Scrum Master, Agile coaching, or Agile delivery roles.
• Hands-on with Scrum, Kanban and SAFe frameworks in automotive embedded software projects.
• Strong knowledge of ASPICE and Automotive cybersecurity concepts.
• Proven ability to manage dependencies and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
• Drive delivery using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Support PI Planning activities and cross-team alignment.
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles.
• Identify, elevate, and resolve impediments impacting team productivity.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple teams.
• Track and analyze Agile metrics to improve delivery predictability.
• Foster collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate communication between distributed teams and business stakeholders.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives within automotive software development programs.

Your Role

Your Profile

• 6-9 years of professional experience with strong expertise in Scrum Master, Agile Coaching, or Agile Delivery roles.
• Hands-on experience working with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Experience supporting Embedded Software Development projects within the Automotive domain.
• Understanding of Automotive Software Development Lifecycle and ASPICE processes.
• Technical awareness of Embedded Systems and Automotive Cybersecurity concepts.
• Strong knowledge of Agile metrics, sprint planning, release planning, and delivery governance.
• Experience managing dependencies, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and Agile maturity across teams.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
