Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a talented Transport/Logistics professional to manage transportation planning, execution, and optimization, coordinating with carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely shipments and cost control.

You will handle inbound and outbound movement, route optimization, freight audits, and KPI reporting, using SAP, OTM, and Power BI, with a focus on compliant operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field.
• Experience with SAP, OTM, Power BI or other TMS tools.
• Experience in all modes of transport (Air, Ocean and Road) & Warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute inbound and outbound transportation activities.
• Optimize routes, loads, and carrier allocation.
• Manage shipments in TMS (OTM, SAP TM).
• Track shipments and handle exceptions proactively.
• Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and suppliers.
• Perform freight audit and validate invoices.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization.
• Prepare reports and analyse KPIs.
• Maintain master data accuracy.
• Ensure SOP and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on ensuring efficient shipment movement, cost control, and high service levels through strong coordination with carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
