Job summary

Capgemini in Chennai, India, is seeking a Senior Cost Controller to lead end-to-end cost control across our supply chain operations. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting to achieve targets and ensure cost transparency.

You will partner with operations, procurement, and finance teams to optimize costs and drive continuous improvement, leveraging Excel, SAP/Oracle ERP, and BI tools to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
• 8-12+ years of experience in supply chain, finance, or cost control with team leadership.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), Power BI/Tableau, and financial reporting tools.
