Jobs Territory in India seeks an operations-focused candidate to oversee delivery executives, field recruiters, and fleet activities. You will drive daily supply targets, supervise DE productivity, and ensure timely login/attendance and COD collection, contributing to customer retention and service metrics.

The role requires strong coordination, team leadership, and hands-on tracking of delivery operations across hyperlocal logistics environments.

Competenze

• Experience managing Delivery Executives (DEs), field recruiters, and fleet operations.
• Strong understanding of driver/rider supply management and ensuring daily supply targets are achieved.
• Experience monitoring and improving DE productivity and performance.
• Ability to manage and ensure required daily driver logins/attendance as per business requirements.
• Experience in COD collection and reconciliation from riders within defined timelines.
• Knowledge of customer retention and service-level metrics in delivery operations.
• Strong coordination, team management, problem-solving, and operational tracking skills.
