Pikndel is hiring a Fleet Manager to lead fleet operations across Delhi NCR and Gurgaon. You will oversee vehicle deployment, driver management, and maintenance planning to ensure efficient and reliable last-mile deliveries for D2C and e-commerce brands.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to optimize routes, monitor fuel usage, and manage vendor partnerships. Travel across locations may be required as the network scales.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in fleet management, transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Proven experience managing commercial vehicles, drivers, and transportation operations.
• Strong understanding of fleet maintenance, transport compliance, and operational planning.
• Experience working with GPS tracking systems, fleet management software, and operational dashboards.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and vendor management skills.
• Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR and Gurgaon locations as required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day fleet operations across Delhi NCR and Gurgaon
• Ensure optimum vehicle utilization and availability to meet operational requirements
• Oversee driver onboarding, training, attendance, performance, and compliance
• Monitor vehicle movement, trip planning, route optimization, and fuel efficiency
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, servicing, and vehicle inspections
• Track and improve key fleet metrics including vehicle uptime, trip efficiency, fuel consumption, and transportation costs
• Collaborate with operations, first-mile, mid-mile, and last-mile teams to ensure smooth shipment movement
• Prepare fleet performance reports, MIS dashboards, and operational reviews
• Support network expansion and fleet capacity planning as per business requirements
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining operational efficiency and service quality

As we continue to scale our logistics network, we are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Fleet Manager to lead fleet operations, optimize vehicle utilization, and ensure seamless transportation across our network.

Position Overview:

As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's fleet operations across Delhi NCR and Gurgaon. You will oversee vehicle deployment, driver management, maintenance planning, route optimization, compliance, and cost control to ensure efficient and reliable logistics operations. This role requires strong operational leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a data-driven approach to fleet performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day fleet operations across Delhi NCR and Gurgaon
• Ensure optimum vehicle utilization and availability to meet operational requirements
• Oversee driver onboarding, training, attendance, performance, and compliance
• Monitor vehicle movement, trip planning, route optimization, and fuel efficiency
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, servicing, and vehicle inspections
• Ensure compliance with all transport regulations, permits, insurance, fitness certificates, and statutory requirements
• Track and improve key fleet metrics including vehicle uptime, trip efficiency, fuel consumption, and transportation costs
• Manage vendor relationships for leased vehicles, maintenance partners, and transport service providers
• Handle escalations related to vehicle breakdowns, accidents, delays, and operational disruptions
• Collaborate with operations, first-mile, mid-mile, and last-mile teams to ensure smooth shipment movement
• Prepare fleet performance reports, MIS dashboards, and operational reviews
• Support network expansion and fleet capacity planning as per business requirements
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining operational efficiency and service quality

Requirements:
