Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage fleet operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services to customers.
• Conduct accident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Register vehicles with relevant authorities (RTO) and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Ensure proper documentation, insurance coverage, registration, and permits for all vehicles.
  
• Ensure timely maintenance, servicing, and repairs of all vehicles to minimize downtime by providing support actively in real time for purchases.
  
• Coordinate with site procurement team for all fleet repairs.
  
• Control fleet budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  
• Insurance and accident investigations.
  
• Monitor and analyse fleet performance metrics, fuel consumption, mileage, and cost efficiency, and implement measures to optimize usage and vehicle lifespan.
  
• Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
