Job summary

Zenzi Pharmaceutical Industries seeks a technician to maintain water plants (GOSD & HINJ). You will ensure all plant equipment runs reliably, manage spare parts, and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime.

You will follow SOPs, perform CIP/SIP, and document process parameters. The role requires coordinating with production and adhering to shift schedules and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining water treatment plants and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain water plants in GOSD & HINJ to ensure good working condition.
• Manage spare parts for water plant equipment per regulatory requirements.
• Analyze problems, plan countermeasures to prevent breakdowns and improve reliability.
• Attend emergencies and perform maintenance at GOSD & HINJ plants.
• Coordinate with production for water requirements and comply with SOPs.
• Record process parameters and maintain SOPs; perform plant cleaning, sanitization, CIP & SIP as required.
• Follow shift schedule and report to department head.

Job description

Ensure that all Water Plants & equipment in GOSD & HINJ are running in good working condition.

• Ensure that all Water Plants & equipments in GOSD & HINJ are running in good working condition.
• Responsible for the maintaining the spares of water plant as per regulatory requirement in GOSD & HINJ.
• Analyze all existing and potential problems, plan and develop some countermeasure to prevent equipment breakdown to eliminate recurring problems and introduce improvements.
• Attend to emergency and carry out maintenance activities on GOSD & HINJ plant.
• Coordinate with production team for any concerns water plant requirements purified water in both plants.
• Maintain all spare part requirement related to Pre Treatment Plant, Ozone Generation, Ultra filtration and RO plant.
• Readiness of the both plant with requirement of water to achieve to the production scheduled.
• Keeping the record of the process parameter and its records as per SOP Operation and maintain water plant.
• Cleaning of plant as per SOP, Back wash, Filter replacement is to be carried out as per SOP and Plant parameter.
• Sanitizations, CIP & SIP is to be carried out as per SOP
• Following shift schedule and reporting to department head / Designee.

In case of emergency carried out Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance as per SOP for GOSD, HINJ block and Utility equipments
