Job summary

Zenzi Pharmaceutical Industries in Maharashtra seeks an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to repair and optimize electrical systems across our plants. You will diagnose malfunctions, perform on-the-spot fixes, and implement preventive maintenance to sustain productivity.

Responsibilities include monitoring energy usage (DG, MSEB, UPS), maintaining logs, coordinating with production teams during emergencies, and driving energy efficiency upgrades while ensuring compliance with PCC/MCC panels and

Qualifications

• Repair and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Inspect systems, identify problems, and recommend upgrades for productivity.
• Maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Record energy usage and generate related reports for DG, MSEB, and UPS.
• Coordinate with production during emergencies and ensure safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Repair Electrical Systems and act quickly to make on the spot repairs when electrical systems and machinery malfunction.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions of any electrical system; inspect, assess problems and recommend changes or upgrades to electrical systems to increase productivity.
• Installation, operation relocation and maintenance of all productions equipment.
• Implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Taking daily MSEB, DG & UPS readings and maintain records for energy utilization in both the plants.
• Preventive maintenance activity of both HINJ & GOSD plant as per schedule.
• Responsible for timely maintenance of documentation like Daily reports, Logbooks, Preventive maintenance report.
• Attending major or minor breakdown maintenance activity.
• Record generation of power through DG sets and maintain DG return records.
• In-house modification of system equipment for energy efficiency and performance improvement.
• Maintenance of PCC & MCC panels along with all legal requirements.
• Involve in new modifications required for the plant.
• Following shift schedule and reporting to department head / Designee.
• In case of emergency coordinate with production team for any water plant requirements for purified water in both plants.
