Job summary

Zenzi Pharmaceutical Industries Maharashtra seeks a maintenance technician to oversee HVAC systems, BMS/EMS operations, and preventive maintenance in GOSD and HINJ blocks. You will follow SOPs, ensure regulatory environmental conditions, and keep accurate maintenance records to support reliable plant operations.

You will coordinate with production teams, respond to emergencies, and maintain AHU, split units, and cassette ACs to ensure continuous facility performance across two plants.

• Following shift schedule as assigned and applicable SOP during work.
• Responsible to carry out Filter cleaning activity and keeping its record.
• Ensure the BMS of the GOSD and BMS / EMS of the HINJ are running in good working condition as per SOP and reporting to department head/ designee.
• Responsible for the maintaining the Environmental Condition as per regulatory requirement in GOSD & HINJ.
• Analyze all existing and potential problems, plan and develop some countermeasure to prevent equipment breakdown to eliminate recurring problems and introduce improvements.
• Attend to carry out HVAC equipment maintenance activities in plant.
• Coordinate with production team for any concerns regarding HVAC requirements in both plants.
• Responsible for Preventive maintenance of AHU and checklist.
• Follow the QMS system and SOP as applicable from time to time.
• Maintaining of the Split unit and cassette AC unit for its repair and maintenance as per schedule for its servicing.
• In case of emergency look after and carry out Preventive maintenance of equipments and in Utility, GOSD & HINJ block.
• In case of emergency Coordinate with production team for any concerns water plant requirements purified water in both plants.
