Job summary

Vrinda Global seeks a Fit-Out Manager in Pune to lead tenant fit-out projects in Grade-A office environments. The role requires 7–12 years of relevant experience and a strong background in civil, architectural, interior finishing, and MEP coordination.

You will manage multiple contractors, oversee drawing approvals, inspections, and project handovers, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance with building services and fire life-safety standards.

Position is full-time and based on-site in Pune.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience with relevant civil or interior fit-out projects.
• Experience managing tenant fit-outs in Grade-A commercial office buildings.
• Exposure to corporate offices, business parks, IT parks, or mixed-use developments.
• Knowledge of civil, architectural, interior finishing, and MEP coordination.
• Understanding of building services, fire and life safety, and BMS.
• Experience coordinating multiple contractors, tenant requirements, drawings, inspections, and handovers.
• Strong focus on site safety, quality control, scheduling, and building compliance.

• 712 years of overall experience, with relevant experience in commercial fit-out projects.
• Proven experience managing tenant fit-outs in Grade-A commercial office buildings.
• Exposure to corporate office fit-outs, business parks, IT parks, or mixed-use developments.
• Good understanding of civil, architectural, interior finishing, and MEP coordination activities.
• Knowledge of building services, fire and life safety requirements, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Experience managing multiple contractors, tenant requirements, drawing approvals, inspections, and project handovers.
• Strong knowledge of site safety, quality control, project scheduling, and building compliance requirements.

Educational Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Additional qualifications or certifications in project management, construction management, or interior fit-out execution will be an advantage.
