Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in real estate or construction fit-out projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete fit-out execution from site readiness through handover.
• Plan and monitor civil, flooring, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting and other finishing works.
• Prepare and track detailed work schedules, milestones and progress.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, contractors, vendors and internal departments.
• Ensure execution per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Review drawings, BOQs, material specs and site requirements before execution.
• Monitor productivity, manpower deployment and material availability.
• Conduct site inspections and address quality issues and deviations.
• Resolve site-level technical challenges with consultants and Project Head.
• Monitor quantities, wastage and material consumption for cost control.
• Maintain documentation of measurements, work orders and progress reports.
• Coordinate inspections, snag rectification and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and track detailed work schedules, milestones and daily/weekly progress.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, contractors, vendors and internal departments.
• Ensure execution strictly as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Review drawings, BOQs, material specifications and site requirements before execution.
• Monitor contractor productivity, manpower deployment and material availability.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality issues, deviations and rework.
• Resolve site-level technical and execution challenges in coordination with consultants and Project Head.
• Monitor quantities, wastage and material consumption to support project cost control.
• Ensure proper documentation of measurements, work orders, site instructions and progress reports.
• Coordinate inspections, snag rectification and final handover of completed areas.
• Ensure compliance with project safety standards and statutory site requirements.
