Job summary

Vrinda International in Pune is seeking experienced professionals to join our First Party Collections team. You will handle calls, follow-ups on outstanding payments, and work toward meeting collection targets in a fast-paced environment.

Take-home salary is up to ₹45,000 per month, with unlimited performance incentives. Shifts run in the evenings and nights (login times 5:30 PM, 8:30 PM, 1:30 AM), and two Saturdays off plus Sundays. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections, telecalling, or related processes.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate and convince customers.
• Willing to work in rotational/late-night shifts.

Take-Home Salary: Up to ₹45,000/month

Week Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday + Sundays

Login Shifts: 5:30 PM, 8:30 PM & 1:30 AM

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 take-home, depending on last drawn salary and years of experience
