Job summary

Vrinda International in Pune is seeking experienced professionals for a First Party Collections role. You will handle collection calls, follow-ups, and maintain payment records to help achieve targets.

The position offers up to ₹45,000 take-home per month with unlimited performance incentives and a 2nd & 4th Saturday off plus Sundays. Shifts login at 5:30 PM, 8:30 PM and 1:30 AM, with immediate joiner preference.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections, telecalling, customer service or related processes preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in late-night shifts.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
