Responsibilities

• Conduct regular fire and safety inspections of the workplace.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable fire, health and safety regulations.
• Inspect and maintain fire extinguishers, hydrants, sprinklers, fire alarms and emergency equipment.
• Conduct fire drills, emergency evacuation drills and safety training.
• Train employees on fire prevention, emergency response and PPE usage.
• Monitor hot work, confined space, work-at-height and other high-risk activities.
• Implement and monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
