Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities at the project site.
• Instruct and monitor construction teams and subcontractors to ensure work follows drawings, specs, and quality.
• Supervise blockwork, plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, cladding, waterproofing, and interior finishes.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure finishing works adhere to the approved project schedule.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to avoid delays and resolve issues.
• Inspect completed works and ensure quality and finishing standards are maintained.
• Identify defects and coordinate rectification for timely closure.
• Ensure proper sequencing of finishing activities for smooth progress.
• Monitor materials, manpower, and equipment availability for finishing works.
• Maintain daily progress records and report updates to the Project Engineer/Manager.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements at the worksite.
