Job summary

Responsibilities

• Well versed with project contract documents – Specs, Drawings, BOQ.
• Coordinate with Architects/Consultants to resolve document discrepancies.
• Follow up schedule of approvals – manpower, material, method statement, mock-up.
• Plan and execute per assigned targets; detail days work.
• Put up resource requirements and follow up.
• Prepare surface prior to activity commencement.
• Execute work with workmanship, quality and safety in mind.
• Judicious use of company assets and resources.
• Inspect with client/consultant for approvals of work done.
• Protect completed scope until handover.
• Identify snags, rectify and hand over to client.
• Document checklists, material reconciliation, productivity, revisions.
• Generate routine progress reports and material/vendor reports.

• As per assigned Monthly/Weekly targets, Detailing of days work – Planning & execution
• Putting up resource requirement & follow up
