Job summary

FoundWise is seeking a Chartered Accountant with 6–10 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting, audits, and FP&A for Mumbai. You will lead closures, create MIS dashboards, and analyze P&L across products and channels.

The role requires collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations to drive financial decisions. Responsibilities include variance analysis, audit support, consolidation, and implementing finance automation.

Qualifications

• CA qualification is mandatory.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, audits, and FP&A.
• Exposure to e-commerce, D2C, FMCG, or high-growth startups is preferred.
• Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
• Familiarity with AI tools, RPA, or finance automation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.

• Managing budget vs. actual variance analysis and key financial KPIs.

• Partnering with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Product teams on financial decisions.
