Job summary

Qualifications

• CA with post-qualification experience of 2–5 years.
• Experience in Retail, Fashion, Manufacturing or FMCG preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Finance MIS, dashboards, and automated reports using Power BI, Excel or similar BI tools.
• Automate recurring finance reports and streamline manual processes.
• Monitor and validate inventory valuation across warehouses, stores, and distribution centers.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and inventory control procedures.
• Analyze inventory movement, ageing, shrinkage, and reconciliation.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Merchandising, and Finance teams.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation initiatives.
• Assist in internal and statutory audits related to inventory and finance processes.
• Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
