Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Financial Plan & Analysis Associate Manager to lead FP&A activities within the Finance Operations vertical. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, period-end close, and delivering actionable financial insights.

You will manage a team of 15–20 members, coordinate cross-functionally, and ensure accurate P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting in alignment with IFRS standards. Night shifts may be required.

• Depth in FP&A and controllership, with strong financial acumen.
• Experience in planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Align with Finance Operations to determine financial outcomes by collecting data reports and performing analysis.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.

• Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) refers to the processes designed to help organizations accurately plan, forecast, and budget to support the company s major business decisions and future financial health.
• These processes include planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance reporting. What are we looking for?
• Primary skill - Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
• Mcom, CA or CMA or MBA in Finance, CPA Roles and Responsibilities:
• Domain Expertise in Controllership Strategic Finance RTR FP&A
• Experience in period end close
• Ability to manage annual planning budgeting and forecasting and generate business insights
• Good understanding of P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow all three financial statements
• Good knowledge of accounting financial and operational principles
• Experience in developing financial reports and metrics
• Knowledge of IFRS Accounting Standards specifically IFRS 15 and IFRS 16
• Ability to manage a team of at least 15 to 20 members
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing fast paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact internally and externally
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Superior attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a big picture perspective
