• Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory
• 35 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a CA firm, consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, Direct Tax, FEMA, RBI and Companies Act.
• Strong MS Excel and analytical skills.
• Good communication and client-handling abilities.
• Ability to manage a team and take ownership of assignments.
• A practical, problem-solving mindset.
